Todd McGee
Chairman and
CEO
Mr. McGee is a
respected technology and new media entrepreneur, specializing in Internet
strategies, Internet marketing and mobile Internet solutions since 1994.
Since March 2006, Mr. McGee has been CEO of MCNE, where he oversees
all aspects of the Company, including the management team, financial,
business development, human resources, legal and partnership/alliances.
Mr. McGee is credited for the initial vision and design of the MCNE
platform and is directly responsible for the negotiation of large contracts
with clients, partners, mobile carriers, record labels, distribution
companies and other vital relationships.
Prior to MCNE,
Mr. McGee founded or co-founded more than a six successful startup businesses
in the Internet consulting services, software and wireless industries.
In 1995, he was co-founder and SVP of Sales and Marketing of Integrated
Consulting, later named i.con interactive, which was one of the top
Internet companies in the US in revenue and employees. During his time
at i.con, Mr. McGee advised many Fortune 500 companies on developing
and implementing their Internet and e-commerce strategies. In 1999,
i.con merged with seven other companies and was taken public under the
name Luminant Worldwide. Luminant was led by Michael H. Jordan and in
2000, was one of the top 10 largest Internet professional services organizations
in the world based on revenues and employees.
In 2001 Mr. McGee
founded and was CEO of Innovative Media Research (IMR), a software company
that cataloged and maintained information on solution providers (e.g.
Information Technology Solutions Providers Alliance "ITSPA") across
the United States, including case studies, methodologies and certifications,
and then matched them up with potential clients. Mr. McGee also co-founded
and was President of Alorie, an 802.11x (WiFi) company that partnered
with WorldCom to develop WiFi wireless service in the Dallas area and
eventually merged with ChangeAgent, Inc. in 2002. Mr. McGee was at ChangeAgent
prior to forming the entities that eventually became MCNE.
Mr. McGee graduated
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from The University
of Texas at Austin with concentration in Psychology.
